ALDI MiniRoos Kick-Off programs returned with a bang in Darebin last weekend.
The programs are run by FFV with the aim of introducing kids aged 4-9 to the game of football.
And the course in Darebin saw a major boost in numbers on the previous 12 months.
Seb Zancan, the FFV’s ALDI MiniRoos Development Officer, said: “We had an amazing turnout, with a 40 per cent growth from the program that was run last year.
“There were six coaches involved and plenty of happy kids and parents enjoying football.”
The program has attracted 98 kids and is a major success for the team at the FFV.
